Name's Autumn, I'm a Registered Veterinary Technician & I live in good ol' Indiana. I'm 22 years old & have always been "the fat girl". I am slowly but surely becoming the FIT girl instead. I started my journey in December of 2011. I ran my first 1/2 marathon in December of 2012.
I obtained my Personal Trainer Certification in April of 2013, and as of June 2013 I am a Certified Nutrition Advisor.
I'm here to help if any of you have any questions or just need encouragement. I've been in your shoes. It always helps to have a little support. Just think of me as your favorite sports bra. ;)

I went to Trader Joe’s today to stock up before tomorrow, which will mark the first day of embarking on a paleolithic lifestyle. Yesterday I went shopping and got a lot of fruits and vegetables so I didn’t get too many of those today. Here is a list of what I purchased:
2 dozen organic large white eggs
Organic free range chicken tenders
Organic chicken cutlets
Organic ground lean turkey
Organic 6 piece chicken
Turkey bacon
Garlic chili tilapia
Lean 90/10 ground beef
Lean beef patties
Wild salmon burgers
Kale
Organic pea shoots
Toasted coconut chips
Almond meal
Freeze dried banana chips
2 cans of white tuna in water
1 can of premium shredded chicken in water
1lb of fresh organic asparagus
4 avocados
1 container of baby bell mushrooms
Organic clover honey
2lb bag of organic Bartlett pears
Organic yellow mustard
Sea salt
Ground flax seed
I have my alarm set a little early for tomorrow that way I can get up and prepare my first paleo meal. I couldn’t be more excited!! Eep! ❤
